WICHITA — A few Delano dwellers have expressed concern over the new business coming to the former Davis Furniture space, but Chris Ruffin says not to worry ... "It's going to be a restaurant and entertainment facility and a bar," says Ruffin, who is director of real estate for his father Phil Ruffin's Ruffin Properties. WICHITA — There are several new businesses coming to the Delano area, including one that features pin-up girls ... Aleycia Crawford hopes to open her Eye Kandy Custom Paint & Pin-up Portraits at 915 W. Douglas for July's Final Friday ... Currently, her business is at 21st and Broadway ...
